Yoga With Jo Tandberg
Jo began teaching with Kathy Kacena in 2007 at Yoga Samadhi. She completed her first 200-hour Raja yoga training with an emphasis in Hatha yoga under the guidance of Rev. Tom Kelly from Sundara School of Yoga. She went on to complete multiple certifications in Ayurvedic Wellness Counseling and has taught advanced Ayurveda and Yoga Teacher training for Kerala and YogaSpirit Studios.
Jo teaches Ayurvedic wellness classes and retreats, offers Ayurvedic counseling, and creates powerful herbal remedies. Her newest venture is to create a model of community healing with the launch of her transformational wellness club, the Rebel Wellness Club, offering Ayurveda, yoga and mindfulness practices, and by sharing her own experience of healing.
